By having an online personal trainer you will get great advice at a fraction of the price that you would usually be paying. The advice can cover any number of aspects of fitness; from diet and nutrition, to progressive training plans that change to keep your fitness levels moving towards your ultimate goal.

Online Personal Training is designed to suit your needs. Support is not dictated by hourly sessions or a gyms opening time, so you can get advice if and when you need it.

Using an online personal trainer is a simple, uncomplicated process. You pay an ‘initial fee’ which covers the cost of your training programme design and dietary advice. You then have full email support for a full week whereby I will answer any questions you have regarding your fitness goals. If, after this time, you would like further information and want your training programme updated, you can choose to pay a ‘continuation fee,’ which gets you a revised training programme, updated dietary advice and a further week of email support.
